The scheme has now closed

ITV appointed Deloitte in March 2007 to carry out a review of premium rate services (PRS) within ITV programmes. This included a retrospective review of PRS in ITV programming since 1 April 2005. Click here to read the press release.

On October 18th, ITV Executive Chairman Michael Grade published Findings of the Deloitte Review and ITV Investigation and announced a package of measures to address the issues raised by the review, which included a comprehensive reimbursement scheme.

The scheme closed on February 29th, 2008 as planned and distribution of unclaimed reimbursement amounts will be made shortly.
