  • 2010: Flirts with Eileen and then takes a shine to Liz
  • Employs Jason and takes over Webster's Builders Yard
  • Takes advantage of employee Eileen - treats her unfairly
  • 2011: Owen shops Eileen to the police for stealing from him, but Izzy forces Owen to apologise to Eileen and the matter is ended
