Coronation Street gets ready for Christmas 2011, in this special picture gallery.
Last week visual effects genius Danny Hargreaves and the team from Real SFX arrived at the Manchester set where Corrie is filmed, to dress the Street in snow.
Real SFX also worked on last year's deadly tram crash, and the first anniversary of which is fast approaching next month.
Although we don't know yet if the Street will have snow on Christmas day, it certainly looks like there will be a festive feel to events this year.
