Corrie newcomers Mandy (pictured left) and her daughter Jenna (right) are about to the thrown into the spotlight, after Lloyd bumps into his former lover Mandy next week.
Mandy is play by Pamela Nomvete, and Jenna by Krissi Bohn and when Lloyd encounters Mandy again it soon leaves him wondering what secrets might have been kept from him, when he meets Mandy's daughter.
Growing increasingly convinced that regardless of Mandy’s denials, Jenna is his daughter, Lloyd tracks Mandy down but finds only Jenna at home, so asks if he can wait for her mother.
Mandy is furious when she returns and orders Lloyd out of the house as he insists he needs answers.
However, when Mandy goes outside to talk privately with Lloyd, he tells her he knows Jenna is his. But they’re unaware that Jenna has followed them and the scene is set for a life-changing secret to be revealed!
Speaking recently about Lloyd's return to Corrie, actor Craig Charles said; "It would be great to meet some of Lloyd's family and give him a back-story because I’ve been there quite a while now and I haven’t really explored this. He just turned up on the street one day and that was it. I think we’ve planted the roots there now."
And, on if Lloyd would make a good dad, Craig said; "He’d be like one of those dads that could be a mate but who could also be a father as well. I think he would play it quite cool. He’d be quite matey but he wouldn’t slack on the discipline either. I think he’d be great!"
