The first episode of the series look at the Headline Makers, stories which created such an impact that they made front page news. Episode 2 explores the show's firsts including live episodes and two-handers and Episode 3 focuses on how events in the real world impacted on the street.
Watch previously-unseen footage from the 1963 storyline featuring the suicide attempt of Sheila Birtles, which was so controversial it hit the cutting room floor. And there's also a look back at the stories of The Weatherfield One, Sarah Lou's teenage pregnancy, and the Mike, Deirdre and Ken love triangle.
