Kirsty fled Coronation Street following her abuse of boyfriend Tyrone, but is tracked down by a concerned Tommy, after best mate Tyrone sinks into a deep depression.
Tommy corners Kirsty at her maternity appointment and convinces the pregnant mum to work things out with Ty. But Tina is outraged when Kirsty eventually returns and reveals the abuse to a shocked Tommy, who then confronts Kirsty.
Natalie Gumede, who plays Kirsty, said: "It should be her comeuppance, but expect a lot more fights to come!"
