Maria and Marcus are left in turmoil after they unexpectedly kiss. The pair are drawn passionately together as Maria celebrates getting an all-clear in her cancer scare.
It has been to Marcus, her gay best friend, that Maria has turned to again and again, and she has been amazed by his unconditional love and support over the last year.
But as an emotional week draws to a close their passion leaves them questioning their real feelings, and if they can forget about what has happened between them.
Samia Ghadie, who plays Maria, said; "Could this be the start of a true love? I don't know, you'll just have to keep watching."
