Corrie took home an astonishing nine accolades, on the night.
Michelle Keegan, who plays Tina McIntyre (Michelle Keegan), also took home the hatrick when she was awarded Sexiest Female for a third consecutive year at the event.
Patti Clare (Mary Taylor) won the top prize for Best Comedy Performance, with Alexander Bain (Simon Barlow) winning Best Young Performance.
The highest award of the evening, the coveted Lifetime Achievement Award, went home with our much loved Jack Duckworth (Bill Tarmey), who also walked away with the award for Best Exit. You can watch Bill's speech here.
Jane Danson (Leanne Barlow) also snatched the trophy for Best Dramatic Performance for her scenes during Coronation Street's 50th year and beyond.
Coronation Street also took the honour for Best Single Episode for Coronation Street Live, Best Storyline for End of the line for the Websters and the Dobbs and bagged the anticipated award Spectacular Scene of the Year for The Tram Crash.
Huge congratulations to all our winners and the rest of the cast and crew also deserve a huge pat on the back for such an amazing 50th anniversary year.
