Steve can't forgive his new wife Tracy for the lies that cost him his true love Becky and duped him into marriage.
But with Tracy refusing to leave no.13 Coronation Street, Steve is forced to live with the woman he hates, and secretly plots to split the house in two.
Tricking Tracy to go out, Steve hires local builder Owen Armstrong to divide upstairs from down, and on her return a furious Tracy vows to become the neighbour from hell.
Simon Gregson, who plays Steve, said: "She's pushed him too far, let's see who wins this battle!"
