Peter Robinson

Yorkshire born Peter Robinson introduced us to Detective Chief Inspector Alan Banks in back in 1987 with his first novel Gallows View.

He has written 19 books featuring DCI Banks which have won numerous awards in the UK, US and Canada. His twelfth book Aftermath was adapted for ITV with another three titles said to be in the pipeline for the channel.

Peter's latest book Before the Poison is out in hardcover August 18th.
