Joe Pasquale

Comedian Joe has delighted audiences with his live stand-up tours for almost 20 years, but that’s not all! He’s voiced characters for Hollywood movies; toured in several theatrical productions; been crowned King of the Jungle in ITV’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here; appeared on 6 Royal Variety Performances; made several appearances in British pantomimes; qualified as a pilot; taken up boxing; studied a degree in Geoscience; and completed the Virgin London Marathon raising funds for Diabetes UK! So here he is, adding another skill to repertoire, ice dancing...

He might be keen to get on the ice, but there’s one thing he’s really not sure about: "Lycra – not looking forward to the Lycra. When you’re 51 and starting to sag with man boobs, it’s not a good look! I really don’t want to end up looking like desperate Dan."

Joe is the funny man, as he admits, “I see the humour in everything” - but don’t expect him to be a joker on the ice. "People will think I’ll be mucking about, but when I’m on the ice I’ll be serious."

His partner Vicky Ogden will be pleased with his game plan when it comes to the show. "My main plan is to not get hurt and not to hurt anyone else in the process!"

Vicky Ogden

Vicky started skating at the age of six, competing at National and International levels for over 13 years. She performed in Art on Ice in the UK - complete with a live opera singer and Ronan Keating.

She also performed in Mexico City for the City Mayor grand opening of one of the world's largest out door ice rinks, then participated on Eurosport in the German show Ingolstadt in November 2008.

Ogden has performed in Kyran Bracken's Ice Party shows in the UK - but this skater is not just a performer. Vicky is also a co-director of IceAct, a company who have produced many shows in the UK, as well as co-directing Milton Keynes International School of Skating.

Vicky appeared with Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean in the Dancing on Ice Tour in April 2008, but this year will mark Vicky’s debut on Dancing on Ice.
