Comedy contestants Keith Chegwin and Joe Pasquale have gone head to head in a Love Week skate-off that saw Mr Pasquale packing his bags - and bringing his own brand of 'dancing' on ice to the rink for the last time!
"This day is about 5 weeks too late, I think!" joked Joe when the results of the public vote were announced, before skating with partner Vicky to Robin Gibb's I Started A Joke. But he insisted not a hint of rivalry would come between him and old pal Keith, who have been friends for 25 years.
"The only competition I've had is with myself," Joe told us after the routine, which earned him the approval of ice mentor Jayne Torvill, who said, "If that was your last skate you should be very proud."
Sadly for one of Dancing on Ice's most charismatic contestants, it wasn't enough, with all four judges choosing to save Keith and Ashley even saying, "You're both adorable - I want to squeeze both your cheeks! But tonight I'm saving Keith's cheeks!"
Don't worry if you think that's the last we've seen of Joe, though - he'll be putting his jockstrap on eBay in the morning!
