She battled through a groin strain to perform her Save Me Skate - but Samia's determination in Props Week just wasn't enough to send her and Sylvain through to the semi-final.
Finding herself skating for survival against Luke after a Corrie-themed performance, Samia admitted she'd foreseen her injury coming during her training sessions: "I've pulled my groin. It's been coming on all week," she said, "But I'm going to give my Save Me Skate my best shot."
The Ice Panel were sympathetic to her plight as she worked through a routine to Enrique Iglesias' Latin hit Bailamos in spite of her intense pain, but still voted across the board to save boxer Luke instead, with Head Judge Robin declaring, "Luke, it was a knock out in the final round."
