With just a few days to go before Christmas day, Daybreak is travelling across the UK to help bring Christmas to families and children who need a little extra bit of festive cheer.
On Thursday Gethin visits the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital, a temporary home to some very sick little patients who are amongst the 100,000 children too poorly to go home this Christmas.
And on Friday Gethin and Kye Sones are with the staff and residents at Naomi House - a hospice providing end of life care for sick children. It also provides families with respite care providing an essential service to families with children with very complex care needs.
Naomi House benefits from the charity Together For Short Lives who are one of the charities that will get money from ITV's TEXT SANTA which airs tonight.
