This Mother’s Day, how are you going to thank your mum? A card? Breakfast in bed? How about something more exciting?
Daybreak would like to help you surprise your mum live on the programme in front of the nation - a great way to show just how much she means to you.
To nominate your mum email us at daybreak@itv.com by noon on Friday February 8 and tell us in 200 words or less why you would like to thank you mum and what you'd like to say to her.
You can nominate your own mum or someone else who is important in your life and is like a mum to you.
Send us a picture of your mum and let us know her address including postcode. Please include your own name and daytime contact number too. We’ll be surprising mums live on the show - so your mum will have to be up for a bit of fun - from Monday 4th March until Friday 8th March 2013.
What better way to say “Thanks Mum!”
