As part of National Blood Week, Jayne Torvill tells us why it's as important as ever to donate blood.
7,000 units of blood are used by the NHS in England and North Wales each day, yet only 4% of us actually give blood.
Although blood stock levels aren't dangerously low, registrations for new donors have been down by 8% in the last two years, so Dr Hilary will be live at the Tooting Blood Donation Centre where he'll explain to us how easy it is to give blood.
Dr Hilary will be joined by Simon Goodfellow and his family. Simon's son Kyle needed a blood transfusion to treat his leukaemia and he is determined to donate all the blood back that Kyle took.
