Former Apprentice winner Stella English has revealed that she is to start claiming benefits, after saying she has just £200 in her bank account.
Lord Alan Sugar had launched proceedings against his former TV protege to try to recoup some of the legal fees he paid out when she brought a constructive dismissal case against him.
The mother of two claimed that she was forced to resign from the £100,000 a year job that was her prize for winning series six of the BBC1 show in 2010 because "it was not a role of substance". But her case was dismissed by the tribunal panel which ruled the claim "should never have been brought". The tycoon's counter claim against Ms English failed on Thursday.
The 34-year-old - who has said that one of her homes is on the brink of being repossessed - also added that the stress of taking legal action against Sir Alan Sugar has contributed to the breakdown of her marriage.
Stella joins us now to tell us where and how it all went wrong.
