Daybreak speaks to Chancellor of the Exchequer and Second Lord of the Treasury of the United Kingdom, George Osborne, live from the first day of the Conservative party conference.
Mr Osborne talks frankly about clamping down on benefit cheats, taxing the rich and that difficult Sunday evening television dilemma!
He says: "We need to repair the damage done to the country over the past ten years.
"The rich need to pay their fair share, they need to pay more than everyone else."
But he also said it was important to clampdown on those who claim benefits when they could be working.
