Luke Walker talks to Daybreak about being accused of the murder of his girlfriend Chelsea Hyndman whilst they were both working in Crete.
Luke has spent the last two years on bail in Greece, six months of which were spent in prison.
The trial was halted last week due to strike action in Greece and he arrived home with his family this week.
