Paralympic champion Aled won gold in the discus F42 on Sunday, after throwing a European record of 46.14m, roared on by an 80,000 capacity crowd.

Following his bronze medal in the shot put, Aled's second medal of the games was presented to him by the Duchess of Cambridge.

Aled's hometown of Bridgend will be painting a postbox gold in his honour, and a stamp featuring his image will be on sale from Tuesday.
