Hero PC Louise Smith joins Aled and Lorraine on the sofa to talk about her Pride of Britain nomination.
Two days before her wedding, Louise Smith responded to an alarm going off at a shop. As she arrived at the back of the property, she saw a man inside the doorway. She tried to grab him and as she did he pulled out a claw hammer and raised it above her head. She grabbed his arm and the attacker bit her and managed to break free.
Despite her injury, she chased after him and caught him.
