It's the start of rainy season - or as locals call it - hunger season.
We find out just how bad the battle to say alive gets and see how a British mother copes as she shares stories with a mum from Sierra Leone.
Ranvir also visits a food distribution centre in one remote village. The women there have walked for miles to collect meagre rations, which they hope will sustain their family for the next month.
