Find out what the most common types of dream mean with Dream Expert Delphi Ellis
All of us dream every night, even if we don't remember them when we wake up.

Falling: Often a bit like Alice in Wonderland falling down the rabbit hole, this dream can symbolise the fear of the unknown and a desire to control the uncontrollable. A dream for people who can't see round the corner, but desperately want to!
Losing Teeth: An old wives tale predicted this dream was a bad omen, but most commonly it is believed to be an anxiety dream, representing instability in some area of your life, concerns perhaps over your livelihood, physical strength, a relationship and so on. If you don't like the dentist, it can also be a literal fear of losing your teeth!
Flying: for those who love flying this dream will acknowledge "high flyers"; those who know their ambitions and have every intention of reaching them. For those who hate flying, this dream can represent that literal fear but they may also need to keep themselves grounded and not have their head in the clouds.
Being Chased: often a sign that something is getting the better of you or that you need to let go of something unhealthy in your life. If you manage to confront whatever is doing the chasing in the dream, this will often stop the dream from re-occuring.
Naked: particularly common amongst celebs or those in the public eye, dreaming of being naked can mean you feel exposed or vulnerable. Sometimes the people in your dream are oblivious to the fact you're nude, suggesting that your own expectations of yourself - and need for perfection - are causing you more of a problem than anyone else. Perhaps you have shown part of yourself (or divulged a secret) which has left you worried about what people think of you.
