You can have all of the things you love and none of the things that you normally feel the need to pick out!
Below is a basic recipe but as suggested above, this really is the base for you to play around with. Try adding different fruit, nuts, seeds and experiment with different grains until you hit on your own perfect muesli!
400g rolled oats
200g spelt or wheat flakes
100g puffed rice
100g dried cranberries
100g chopped dried apricots
100g sunflower seeds
Other favourite additions are:
Dried chopped apple pieces
Dried chopped dates
Play around with your own quantities – anything goes!
Serve approx 4tbsp of your muesli with cold milk and enjoy!
Store in an airtight container and it should last for at least 6 weeks.
