Have a glass of water and do this 15 minute circuit before breakfast. This gets the body right into fat burning and reminds you to focus on YOU and your health a bit more. It's a great way to start the day feeling empowered and like you are in control of the day. I don't expect you to do this every day if you're just starting out. Try it three times a week. For the other days try a brisk walk or a light jog.

Here it is:
1 min star jumps
1 min squats
1 min running or marching in place
1 min press-ups
1 min sit-ups
Do this 3 times and you'll have completed your 15 minutes!
Push yourself, but remember- pay attention to your body. If you need a break take it, but try and make it an active recovery, i.e. marching in place. Also, every exercise can be modified, so don't be discouraged if you need to tweak it to make it work for you, there's always a different option.
After you finish eat your lean and clean breakfast and get back to your daily duties as a parent, employee or whatever role you play in life.
