Gina's romantic life came full circle after her marriage to on-off lover Phil Bellamy (Mark Jordon). She was a wonderful snow queen in her fur gown and horse-drawn carriage.
When Phil's tragic shotgun accident happened, Gina was in the pub with everyone, playing the glamorous assistant to Blaketon's game show host.
Their relationship, they are now like father and daughter, will sustain her in the difficult months ahead. After Phil's death Gina's life is turned upside down. She is grief-stricken but returns to work at the bar.
