Comedy Cuts is back. Season one of the no-holds-barred comedy show was funniest thing to hit your screens since Tommy Cooper.
And Series two promises to be just as good - and, if possible - even funnier.
Bringing together some of the very best rising stars from the comedy circuit, and a selection of ITV2’s favourite performers from the first series, the show sees 50 dynamic comics performing sketches and stand up on locations up and down the country.
Whether that happens to be a beach, sex therapy session or bachelor pad filled with impressive spaceship décor, the comedians are sure leave you in stitches.
New additions to the Comedy Cuts clan this series include Tom Basden, winner of this year’s Comedy Best Newcomer Award, Nina Conti and her talking monkey, and Scott Capurro.
Returning to your screens will be Howard Read and his animated alter-ego Little Howard, as well as Sir Tim Fitzhigham who this time round is attempting to slay a dragon. You’ll also spot the familiar faces of Alan Carr, Steve Furst and Dan Antopolski.
No gimmicks, no special effects – Comedy Cuts is just pure sketch show comedy.
