Love lifts us up where we belong
The series finale may have seen no love lost between Jess and Lauren, but it saw a lot of love gained between Gemma and Charlie...
In the last episode of series four Mario held a birthday party - everyone had to dress as a person beginning with the letter 'M'.
Gemma's new date Charlie put the 'M' in 'missing' when he text her to say he couldn't make the shindig. Just when all hope was lost in walked Charlie dressed as a marine officer to snog the face off the happy-go-lucky Gem. Beautiful.
It's not just Gemma's who's all loved-up! Mario and Lucy's love looks stronger than ever. We don't want to count our chickens before they've hatched, but if we don't see a proposal from those two before the year's out, well, we'll eat our wedding hat.
From love to hate and Jess and Lauren had a barney to end all barneys... and fittingly a barney that ended the series. The pair accused each other of not being there for each other. It wasn't long before angry words turned to tears.
We know what you're thinking, "How did Debbie end the series?" By skydiving out of a plane of course! "And Nanny Pat?" By dressing up as Margaret Thatcher!
