Marathon man James 'Arg' Argent has been training like a man possessed in preparation for this year's London Marathon. He feels good and, my, he looks good. He's the new hunk on the block and don't Joey and Diags just know it?

From an old flame to Gemma and Charlie whose flame is burning so bright it's blinding. In fact, it must be blinding Charlie because his portrait of Gemma looked like his vision was impaired.
Yep, Charlie drew a picture of Gemma. Sounds relatively normal? It wasn't! He was re-enacting the scene from Titanic when Kate Winslet gets all nude. It was a completely bonkers moment that you wouldn't see anywhere else other than on TOWIE.
