Joey, Chloe's cousin, first came into our lives when he tried it on with Lucy, but she thought he was too much like Mark Wright... how wrong could she be?!

From romance to bromance and Joey found an unlikely friend in Kirk to form 'Team Jirk?'. They went on double dates with Cara and Billi, but Kirk dumped Billi, so Joey dumped Cara too. Now that's friendship!
As Mark considered leaving the wild Essex nightlife for the wild Aussie wildlife, Arg was left without a bro. Joey, being the kind soul he is, took Arg under his wing. It wasn't long before Arg was dressed in Joey's orange Ugg boots and his tighter than tight shorts. They even lit one another's botty burps! And so another bromance name was born - 'Jarg'!
With Joey involved in bromances left, right and centre, it took us all by surprise when Joey snogged Jess Wright during Mark's leaving party. The hotties then kissed under the mistletoe, but their Christmas fling lasted as long as a Christmas tree - by early January it had died.
Giving the ladies a rest, Joey introduced the world to his schoolmate Diags. Joey + Diags = Jiags. Yes, another nickname! Joey, Diags and Arg joined forces to become the mighty threesome 'The Thick, The Fat and The Ugly'. Rollerblading, playing pranks and eating as many Maltesers as humanly possible, Joey and Diags helped Arg to get out of his post-Lydia slump.
The Thick, The Fat and The Ugly went on a double-date with Lauren P and Georgina. Yep, we know, there were more blokes on the date than women, but that didn't stop Arg gatecrashing. Somehow Georgina managed to reject Joey's advances even though he bought her slush and popcorn AND he let her win at air hockey. Bad choice, Georgina!
Ricky also made a bad choice. He dissed Joey behind his back, then shouted at Joey's sister, Frankie. There were handbags at dawn! It wasn't long before all was forgiven.
Just as we thought it wasn't humanly possible to have more friends, along came Joey's mate Tom Pearce. With Diags and Arg distracted by the newbie, Joey made his way back into Sam's heart. After snogging her at Mario's 'M party', Joey followed it up by taking her on a helicopter trip. Beats the dump, eh?
Sam and Joey have certainly had what one would call 'a roller-coaster relationship' since getting back together, what with the rumours of Joey taking another girl home which did, for a time, split them up. Fortunately they kised and made up and everything seems to be going swimmingly...fingers crossed.
