About: The Italian stallion Mario was a massive hit with the ladies as soon as he stepped out of THAT shower and dropped THAT towel. He used to be a self-confessed player - involved in "threesomes, foursomes, and even fivesomes", but now he's just a player in denial.
TOWIE tree: Mario's family are massively important to him and his sister Georgia and his brother-in-law Tom McFly (weird, right?) are his confidants. Mario's romance of the century with Lucy briefly came to a halt after rumours she cheated with Mark Wright emerged. The gorgeous couple put the matter to bed and got engaged in Marbs. They then reverted to boyfriend and girlfriend status because of "trust issues". These issues once again rose their ugly heads after a Sugar Hut Honey claimed to have done "things" with the tinker tailor.
Mario and Lucy went their separate ways, as confirmed on Twitter, and as a result Mario turned into a pantomime villain! He spread rumours about Dan (according to Mario, Dan was still with his ex when he got with Lucy in Marbs) and Ricky (Mario's threats forced Ricky into confessing to Jess about his infidelity).
After taking some time away from Essex, Mario came back a better man. Well, we say that, but, actually, he started going out with a model/gymnast/stunt woman called Pascal and the next week declared his love to Lucy. In between dalliances with his ex, Mario snatched Grace from under Lewis' nose, got bored with her, undertook a month of celibacy, wasn't too successful, kissed his best friend Charlie's sister, Chloe, and fell out with his Vegas fling, Popey, as a result. He then had a "break" from Essex because he was a big naughty. Jess, Chlo (again) and Pops (again) then all claimed he tried it on with them.
Ok, so Mario's original "better man" act didn't quite convince us, but he's been seeing his latest girlfriend, Emma, for a fair few months now and we've not heard a whisper of shenanigans, so maybe, just maybe, Mario has finally settled.
