How to make chocolate at home
Chocolate making at home:
1. Melt some chocolate to 55C in a bowl.
2. Tip 2/3rds of the warmed chocolate on to a marble, stone or granite slab then spread it out with a flat spatula.
3. Scrape the chocolate into the centre of the slab using two spatulas, then spread it out again. Do this several times, this will cool the chocolate down.
4. Scrape the cooled chocolate back into the bowl with the remaining 1/3rd of warm chocolate.
5. Pour the mixture on to greaseproof paper, spread out, sprinkle extra ingredients, i.e. - marshmallows.
6. Leave for 5 minutes. Peel the top sheet off and sprinkle on some more extra ingredients. Break it up into big chunky pieces.
