Best-selling author, chef and TV presenter Ainsley Harriott has starred in eight solo prime time cooking series, including Ready Steady Cook, Can't Cook Won't Cook and Ainsley's Meals in Minutes. He has also appeared as a guest chef on ITV1's The Alan Titchmarsh Show.
After training at Westminster College, Ainsley went on to cook at some of London's best restaurants and hotels and later sold over two million books worldwide, with his 12 titles including Ainsley's Barbecue Bible and Ainsley's Harriott's Gourmet Express. Now he is one of the most recognisable faces on TV.
Ainsley can also be seen on the shelves of UK supermarkets, with his own food range including couscous, soups and cereal bars.
