Aldo Zilli
Chef and London restaurateur Aldo Zilli has made numerous TV appearances including on ITV1's The Alan Titchmarsh Show and Ten Mile Menu.
Born one of nine children in a tiny Italian fishing village, Aldo Zilli learned the art of Italian cooking from his mother before going to catering college and becoming an award-winning chef and restaurateur. Specialising in Italian and seafood cuisine, Aldo has written ten books, including two autobiographies, and has appeared on numerous TV shows, including ITV's Home Is Where The Heart Is, Daybreak, Ten Mile Menu and The Alan Titchmarsh Show. His past London establishments have included the vibrant Soho favourite Zilli Fish and its neighbour Zilli Cafe.
