Chef and restaurateur Ed Baines is a familiar face on ITV, having appeared in Lorraine, 10 Mile Menu, Daily Cooks Challenge and Britain's Best Dish
A classically-trained chef, Ed owns a portfolio of exclusive restaurants including the Randall & Aubin champagne and oyster bar in London. He has worked at a number of top restaurants including the Dorchester and the River Cafe and was once Armani's personal chef.
Ed was a well-established member of the team of chefs on ITV's Lorraine, and makes up one third of the fearsome judging panel on Britains Best Dish. He is also a frequent guest on BBC1's Saturday Kitchen, and regularly brings his sophisticated brand of cookery to ITV's food shows, including 10 Mile Menu and Daily Cooks Challenge. He regularly contributes to food magazines BBC Good Food and Olive and has written several cookery books.
