Actress, TV presenter and cookery expert Nadia Salwalha first showed off her culinary skills when she won BBC1's Celebrity Masterchef. She has since proved herself to be a guru of healthy eating on ITV1's Lorraine, coming up with delicious diet-friendly dishes for the Real Woman's Bikini Diet and the Real Woman's Little Black Dress Diet. The mother-of-two is well known for playing Annie Palmer in BBC1's EastEnders from 1997 - 1999 and has enjoyed a varied career, including theatre acting and TV roles in BBC1's Casualty and ITV1's The Bill. She has also appeared on ITV's Loose Women. Nadia has written a bestselling book of her own Middle Eastern recipes called Stuffed Vine Leaves Saved My Life and has had cookery columns in Best Magazine, Closer Magazine and The Mirror.
