Nancy Lam can often be seen cooking her mouth-watering dishes on ITV's This Morning and is known for creating recipes with extra spice.
Famed for her satay, barbecued prawns, rendang and other dishes her late grandmother taught her, she opened the Enak Enak (Indonesian for "yummy yummy") restaurant in London 18 years ago and has since attracted an impressive host of celebrity clientèle.
Born in Singapore, Nancy moved to London at the age of 22 where she originally trained as a nurse. She then decided her vocation was in food after gaining popularity catering for hotel guests and hosting barbecues at charity events. Following rave reviews she appeared on Daily Cooks, Market Kitchen, Hole in the Wall and continues to share her expertise on This Morning.
