After weeks of high pressure two of the UK's best chefs made it to the grand final, with a main course competing against a dessert to be crowned the best dish.

Chris O'Halloran of the Green Inn was crowned winner with his bittersweet hot chocolate cake, with Luigi Vespero, Head Chef at Galvin Bistrot de Luxe in London, and his beef rossini coming in second place.
