Chef Mike Robinson and Paul Heiney return for Countrywise Kitchen. The team travel around the UK searching out lovely local ingredients and aim to create some simple and delicious recipes with them. This series also sees the return of the baking queen Kate Jenkins, who is known for her fantastic brownies. She cooks up some delicious classic desserts the whole family will love. As always, chef Mike Robinson cooks up some wonderful recipes in some interesting locations around the country, utilising fresh local ingredients.
