A delicious and simple lassi drink with blackcurrant and honey. Made by Dick and James Strawbridge on The Hungry Sailors.
Ingredients
- 1 large punnet of blackcurrants
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2x 500 g17¾ oz cartons Greek style natural yoghurt
Method: How to make Blackcurrant lassi

Whiz the blackcurrants in a blender and pass through a sieve to remove the pips.

Add in the yoghurt and honey, to taste, and mix together.

Dilute with water until it reaches a drink consistency.

Serve with a mint leaf and fresh blackcurrants on top.
