Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into 2cm cubes
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp coriander seeds
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 lime, zest and juice
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- Pinch salt
Method: How to make Chicken kebabs
For the marinade, grind together the garam masala, chilli flakes, coriander seeds, cumin and lime zest in a mortar and pestle.
Add the lime juice and sunflower oil and mix well.
Coat the chicken in the marinade, place in a glass dish, cover with cling film and leave to marinate in the fridge for at least an hour.
Thread the chicken pieces onto skewers. Fry them in a dry, hot pan for 5 minutes or until golden brown and cooked all the way through.
