This delicious low fat ice cream will keep you on track with The Little Black Dress Diet

Ingredients

  • 700 g24¾ oz ripe bananas
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp reduced fat cream
  • 1 tbsp low fat custard
  • 30 g1 oz chocolate buttons or use dark chocolate chips to reduce the sugar

Method: How to make Chocolate and banana ice cream

Slice the bananas and then lay them on baking paper and pop into the freezer until frozen. This should take a couple of hours.

When frozen, put into a blender with the vanilla, cream and custard. Blitz. If you feel it could do with bit more custard or cream then go ahead, this is a treat after all. You can either serve this at once or keep in the freezer for up to a month (yeah right!).
