Richard Phillips brings us an indulgent chocolate pudding that's perfect for Valentine's Day dessert.
Ingredients
- 125 g4½ oz butter
- 125 g4½ oz dark chocolate
- 62 g2¼ oz caster sugar
- 3 whole eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 100 g3½ oz plain flour (sieved)
- Icing sugar, for dusting
Method: How to make Dark chocolate pudding

Melt together the butter and chocolate over a Bain Marie (boiling water).

Whisk together the sugar and eggs until pale and light.

Add the chocolate mixture to the eggs, and then fold in the sieved flour.

Pour all the mixture into individual ramekins.

Bake in a preheated oven (200C) for 5-6 minutes.

Dust with icing sugar and serve with fresh strawberries for dipping and vanilla whipped cream.
