Ingredients
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 4 cm pieces of fresh ginger, grated
- 500 g17¾ oz pork fillet, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp crushed peppercorns
- 2 tsp 5-spice powder
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 large papaya, sliced
- 1 large onion, finely sliced
- 2 green peppers, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Method: How to make Five-spice pork with papaya
Heat the vegetable oil in a non-stick frying pan over a medium-high heat.
Add the garlic and ginger and stir fry for 20-30 seconds.
Add the pork to the pan and stir fry for 5-6 minutes.
Stir in the peppercorns, 5-spice powder and honey, along with a dash of boiling water. Mix well and bring to the boil.
Add all the remaining ingredients to the pan and cook quickly, stirring all the time for a further 3 minutes.
