Finely chop the onion and garlic, and slice the pepper into batons.

Saute the onion, garlic, and red pepper in a little olive oil, until the onion and pepper start to soften.

Cut the courgette into 3mm thick slice, and add to the pan.

Saute for about 1 minute, and then add in the pasata, plus a good pinch of salt and black pepper to taste.

Continue to cook until the pasata has reduced and created a thick ratatouille.
