Scrambled eggs two ways

Gino shows us two ways to cook this quick and simple dish.

Ingredients

For the pan-scrambled eggs:

  • 15 g butter
  • 3 good quality eggs
  • 1 tbsp cream
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 2 slices of bread to toast

For the microwave eggs:

  • 3 good quality eggs
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp cream
  • 2 slices of bread to toast

Method: How to make Scrambled eggs two ways

For the pan-scrambled eggs:

Heat a frying over a medium heat. Add the butter and allow to melt.

Whisk the eggs together with a little salt and pepper.

Add the eggs to the pan and cook for two to three minutes stirring constantly.

To serve:

Once the eggs are nearly cooked, add cream, remove from the heat Serve with toast.

For the microwave eggs:

In a microwavable bowl, whisk three eggs. Season with salt and pepper and add the butter and the cream.

Pop your bread in the toaster.

Place in the microwave , set to medium and microwave for 30 seconds, remove and stir well then cook for a further 30 seconds.

Repeat this process until the eggs are cooked.

To serve:

Serve with toast.
