This sandwich is ideal for a mid-day meal on The Little Black Dress Diet

Ingredients

  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 tsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 dessert spoon grated light cheddar
  • 1 dessert spoon light mayonnaise
  • 2 slices of wholemeal, rye or granary bread

Stir the ingredients together and pile on to your bread. Enjoy with a green salad on the side.
