Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 chicken fillets
- 250 g8¾ oz pack of asparagus, trimmed and halved
- 1 head of romaine lettuce
- 2 tbsp finely chopped chives
- 6 tbsp lower fat caesar dressing
- 50 g1¾ oz parmesan cheese shavings

Method: How to make Warm chicken Caesar salad
Heat a griddle pan over a high heat.
Brush the chicken with the olive oil and cook in the griddle pan, turning once only, for 15-20 minutes until cooked through. Leave to rest for 5 minutes, then cut into slices.
Place the asparagus in the same pan, lower the heat and cook until tender.
Toss the lettuce and chives with the Caesar dresssing. Arrange on a plate and top with warm chicken, asparagus and parmesan. Serve immediately.
