ITV's From the Heart campaign took place during Valentine's Week to raise awareness of organ donation and the NHS Organ Donor Register.

We're highlighting the shortage of donated organs in the UK, and encouraging viewers to join the Organ Donor Register, and to talk to their loved ones about their wishes.
