Happy 100 Days of Healthy!

Back in January we launched our nutrition and fitness plan - Eat More, Lose More - and challenged all of you to 100 Days of Healthy.

Over the past 100 days we've followed the Highams and the Musiwas on their journey to healthy and today they're joined by our full team - Kym Marsh, Dr Hilary, Scott Ashley and Tonia Buxton - to find out just how well they've done.

Apple and hazelnut spice cake

Yes, it's possible to have your cake and eat it, without the added sugar! Bananas are a rich source of iron and fibre, plus dried dates are a good source of potassium, copper, magnesium, and walnuts are an excellent source of omega-3 essential fatty acids... so this cake gets the thumbs up for healthy skin!
